Prairie Trace Elementary Students participated in a nation-wide, online math competition at sumdog.com.  Students answered over 1 million questions, had four out of the top 10 students in the nation, and was a top 10 finisher EVERY DAY in the daily competition.

 Prairie Trace Teachers have received several grants provided by the Carmel Clay Education Foundation.  Most recently:  You Read to Me, I'll Read to You; Lights, Camera, Action! Making Digital Memories!; Mouse Squad; Everyday Math in a Technological Way; Power in the Palm of your Hands; Multi-Dimensional Diversity, and the 1st Grade Reading Grant.
